This is where we lay down the foundation for brewing amazing espressos and to achieve that silky & shiny milk to pour your favourite latte art design behind the bar or at home!

We will cover:

  • Espresso recipe

  • Espresso brewing technique

  • Milk science

  • Milk texture

  • Latte Art

  • Drinks standard

  • Equipment care

At the end of the course you will take an online exam after which you will receive internationally recognised certification from the SCA.
